This course will explore the experiences of the clergy couple within the context of marriage and ministry. Lessons will include discussion of role expectations, social support, and equipping through review of literature, videos, and discourse. Clergy and laity, whether married or single will examine components of the clergy couple’s experiences through discussion and contextualization of family life, ministry involvement, and relationships to identify and understand areas of conflict and stressors associated with the clergy marriage and ministry.
