Conflict Management in Ministry is designed to introduce clergy to effective conflict management in the church. Effective conflict is an essential skill for every church leader and aspiring clergy. When harnessed productively, conflict can be a force to build both church culture and develop a discipleship praxis committed to resolving conflict. The course is a practical, how-to course on resolving church conflict from a biblical perspective with meditation techniques serving as corrective measures.
